Please note that large tree removal requires a specialist tree lopper.

Family owned Aussie business. I have 7 years’ experience in high-end commercial and residential property maintenance, working as a manager and 2IC for both. I managed full property garden and lawn care for private hospitals, Toyota headquarters, council headquarters, and large properties that would take 4 weeks of weekly service to complete year round. Now I bring that experience with me to deliver you a premium service at an affordable price.

Pricing
Mowing: Prices depend on the size of the property, and if it's been maintained, a maintained lawn will cost less than a once off mow every couple of months. A house around the 500 sqm mark will cost about $70 to $88. Pensioners will get a discount, but you'll need to show a card.
Hedging: prices are per job, not hourly to reduce cost inflation. That way if it takes longer than expected you aren't taking the brunt of the cost due to a misquote, plus you get the peace of mind knowing I'm not outside dragging time on to get more money.
Property clean ups: that invloves the following - Garden clean up, weeding, palm fron removal, general and green waste removals, mulching, pressure washing and gutter cleaning are quote based with no set price.
Things to know before a service is completed
Dogs must either be, leashed/put away, or a headups up in advance. Dog poop to be collected before arrival, if you need me to do this I will charge an excess of $10. Payment for the job must be made before or on the day of the service being completed, cash, PAYID and bank transfer available. Invoice will be provided.
